Can someone explain why The Fast and Furious: Tokyo Drift

It doesn't have the same "bromance" type shyt between a Paul and Vin or a Paul and Tyrese, the back and forth everyday dialog and roast sessions. That "family" shyt is popular. And of course when they transitioned into Oceans 11 meets outrageous action/adventure with Fast Five they blew the roof off.
That said Han is a cool character and the drift scenes and Tokyo back drop were piff. I like it but I get why others don't

Because it came off like a straight to DVD spin off using the fast and furious name.
I loved the Tokyo backdrop, surprisingly it was one of those movies, like Drive, Nightcrawler, Collateral, Whiplash, where the city or music feels like a character.

I actually like Tokyo Drift and I always have. I never understand why it's hated so much either. I like the Tokyo setting and backdrop, the music, the drifting and....Neela.
