That's understandable, Bevel is banking on buyers being misinformed.
The razor is just a safety razor. you can buy one for $10 and get 100 blades off amazon for $10. There is nothing special about the bevel razor, bevel doesn't even have any patents or anything that separates it from every other safety razor on the market. If you think the creams and all that stuff is stopping your razor bumps then ok i guess, I don't see any patents so i doubt the formula is anything ground breaking
As far as the trimmer, being able to adjust a blade whether manually or via attachments is nothing new.
okay it's a safety razor, you can buy a cheap one for $10 but there's a big difference between a $10 safety razor and a mekur or edwin jagger that costs $40+ , quality, craftsman ship, materials, and the even the guard length does provide smoother shaves. That's a fact.
blades aren't created the same either, both of those first statements are fairly ignorant .
and yes lubricants on your face stop razor bumps...try shaving without them vs. shaving with them, go ahead and fukk your face up.
yes both products are being sold at a premium, if you are trying to get a flea market deal then Bevel is not your cup o tea. You're paying for brand and experience...whether the trimmer gives you taht is one thing but in this millenial / hipster age there's better appreciation for finer items.
not saying this is the best source but everyone rates bevel razor fairly high in almomst all reviews
