It was Heyman's presentation of dude. He was booked as a unstoppable monster and he was believable . On top of that he was one of the first tall dudes that had a expanded moveset. It's not fair to watch him with 2022 eyes you have to remember back in 99 there weren't many big men flying on main stream wrestling.
Exactly this. Until he got to WCW, he wasn't really cutting promos, or in character segments, he just showed up, best the shyt out of people, and rolled out.
Double on the big guy with mobility thing. Back in the early to late 90s, really the peak of agility/acrobatics for big men was Undertaker and Kane.
