Can someone explain cat set and dog set

I can tell you exactly what kicked this off. A thread i made about "trained cats." I insulted everyone that owned a dog and coined the term catset. @Rhap.So.D took up the mantle of opposition. Kinda took off from there

The rep system is basically useless beacause various rep cliques were running wild bombing everyones rep. They kept making it more and more restrictive. Rep wars are kinda pointless now honestly.
