Seriously though, that Jeff Green trade should've made Memphis a bona fide contender.

It backfires because since the griz don't have isolation players a lot of the sets were it's normally tayshaun prince or Tony Allen that are in those spots that don't really want the ball. Jeff Green REALLY be calling for it, so now they gotta stand there and watch him try to post up and beg for the ball 18 feet from the basket while everybody else stands around. It doesn't fit the flow of the offense at all
