Can Paul E....Heyman now be considered the GOAT manager?

Bobby Heenan is the greatest manager ever because he could talk AND bump. Paul Heyman is one of the best talkers (if not the best for a manager) but he can't bump at all like the Heenan's or even the Sherri's or Cornette/Jimmy Harts of the world. Heenan could actually get in the ring and give you a good match if needed, or take the big bump believably. That's what gives him the edge to me, he could do everything.

Yeah Heenan started as a wrestler and got hurt. So he could legit work. He used to do tags with Bockwinkle in the 70s sometimes and people say they were legit good matches. Then he could manage and commentate at GOAT levels. A legit triple threat talent in the business. I look at it like a draft pool for the history of Wrasslin and you can pick anyone to start a promotion he's not my first pick. That needs to be the face but he's pick 2-5 depending on what you want him to do. He's really unique in his skillset.

General Skandor Ackbar is the GOAT manager. Top tier on the mic, made you wanna kill him, got over anybody that his stable was feuding with or against on the fact you wanted to see him lose, no matter how shytty the face wrestler was or how shytty his newest "moster heel" was. Not anyone in his stable. HIM.

Dude was legit the Thanos/Dr. Doom/Darkseid/Apocalypse of ALL the Mid-South/Deep South/Texas region territories for like 20 years.

Paul E is legit one of the GOAT and GREATEST promo dudes of all time. But you cant omg GOAT him for managing already hot commodities.
