Having him work out with Dream isn't going to do anything, nor is breaking down film of past big greats. His mental makeup is what it is; you either have it or you don't, and he doesn't. That doesn't mean there still can't be a role for him in some capacity, but the passage of time has long passed where he can be a franchise big. The writing was on the wall from day one.
And I wouldn't get too far ahead of yourself on where this team stands. What they're doing right now to the competition out West should have been expected. There's no Celtics or Bucks for them to have to get through out here, but that's all gonna change come the Finals. Then we'll see where they truly stand.
