Being cut is overrated blood. I was inspired by Floyd GOATweather's body n/h so I cut down to get that size, but you're weak as shyt and can't lift a damn thing anymore. It's cool for a little while but it's a pain in the ass if you enjoy lifting weights.

You can still pack on decent muscle mass and have a defined midsection, but it depends on how well you balance your macros and eat properly. Frankly, I don't give a fukk about all that shyt; I'm too impatient to count every individual gram of carbs or protein.

I just have numbers in my head and keep in mind how much I'm eating supplementing. As long as you're lifting and using the food you're eating, you're not gonna become totally fat and :flabbynsick: looking

Depends on your definition of cut. I would consider 10-12% pretty cut and anything lower super cut. That 10%-12% you shouldn't be struggling with lifting nor should you have to count meticulously your macros
