He's been good this series though. Showed way more defensively than I thought he had previous to this series

Ayton plays to the competition. It's been like that all year. You notice his energy isn't the same since AD got hurt. Some of his best games this year were up against guys like Jokic and Gobert. They motivate him. Some of this worst games were up against lottery teams.
