The drug killings have slowed down a lot but the debauchery seeking tourists never came back and the truth is Tijuana is developing nicely, a lot of nice restaurants and nice hotels and condos, I was very impressed last time I went

the red light district is still there, but even that area looks better than it did before, its brightly lit and nicer hotels

tijuana is actually a good place to invest in real estate, i would if i had some extra cash

There are lots of homeless foreign men, many are alcoholics or mentally ill. A black American was homeless in Thailand a few years ago. He spent most of his money on a bargirl, then she kicked him out and he overstayed his visa. He refused to leave and was waiting to turn 62 so he could collect social security.

I have never been to Tijuana or San Diego but I am well aware of Tijuana's underbelly and how sailors from the naval base and marines from Camp Pendleton were always getting in trouble down there.
