Can a woman cheat and still be in love?

We've heard the arguments about men and cheating, what about women? Is it possible? Does it boil down to selfishness (just like when men do it)? I ask because I know someone who cheats on her man (in fact, they are engaged). I constantly tell her its wrong but she insists she is in love.

I don't know if you are still completely in love. I think for a woman to cheat while she is in love, there has to he some type of issue. Something is missing.

They just want what they want, are emotion+hormone driven and are taught since birth that they can and should have whatever they want through little to no hard work. responsibility or repercussion. Some actually believe it.
