No, not possible.

Most black people code-switch frequently. The more educated the black person, the more likely they've had to practice code-switching on a frequent basis. The way I'd talk to my homies is different than how I speak to casual acquaintances, which is different than how I talk to some of the black folks at work.

Too much nuance. It's like learning how to speak English at age 50 after growing up speaking Chinese. You can "learn" it, but you're never going to be good at it.
