They don’t find lawyers or doctors attractive and professional women, particularly in those professions, cannot be a beck and call girl. They have real jobs that require them to be present. A stripper can take a week off at your request.

As far as raising kids - they are used to paying others to do a job they are too busy to do. Including parenting. And like in other areas of their lives some people who work for them do a good job and others rob them blind.
