Of course the ATL
bruh

like.... do yal even process the shyt yal say for daps?

this dude has done how much community work over the years? lets just be real. and yet - you can't wait to fillet a guy over a question. not an act. a question

i don't even follow the latest "who said all lives matter! I NEED TO KNOW" shyt like the rest of yal. I just wanted to see how Cam is carrying himself after the superbowl. but damn. keep it going. why the fukk not. taking people apart over silly shyt like this can't possibly be apart of the same shyt that's pitted black man against black man for centuries.

here's a dap. breh. take it. i know you wanted it bad.

Serious question have you read or heard the comments Cam made about race in the GQ article or this video in response to Kaepernick? You yourself just said you don't follow the latest updates on these comments so I'm not sure if you're aware of how badly he's damaged his own credibility in the past month.

Victor Cruz, Jerry Rice, Richard Sherman, and Charles Barkley all do nice things in the community too.

Are they getting passes too?
:mjpls:
Actions over words. Some people gonna say stupid shyt no matter what - as long as he, or anyone for that matter, is putting in work in the community I'm more than okay than a guy fukking up while trying to tightrope. There isn't a single person who's stepped in front of a mic twice who's gone without saying the perfect things.

I'm not in the business of tearing a black man down, not unless they're actively ignoring or destroying the community.

But again, this seems fun for way too many of yal. Like you really can't see how easy it is to pit black against black. :francis:

Not really. It was kinda sad to watch because I've seen it before in other athletes. I know he's been shook ever since the superbowl but after a loss like that, who wouldn't be? Especially after he was championing race issues the whole way there. He felt like he failed himself, the team, and the whole damned community. Not too many athletes wear it on their sleeve like Cam did.

I can understand why he wouldn't want to put his face on it again, at least so soon either. Very, very few people are even willing to put themselves forward like that. He's basically exactly where I thought he'd be after the loss.

I just really, really get grated by all the "look who said all lives matter!" shyt. A guy can vote republican for all I care, is he putting money into schools himself? Too few are actually doing the work for me to get upset about how imperfect he is as a black man.

Don't get mad at me because the biggest black man to represent CaroLina is too busy trying to make white people happy

Bet this boy wont even dab anymore when he gets the touchdown, son is gonna fist pump for white people

He would've been better off just saying no comment then because all it looks like is he's discrediting Colin's point which is people of race are being oppressed. The whole "we're all the same colors" is pretending like none of it is happening and there isn't any amount of community work that's going to clear that up.

I'm a fan of dude, but he can't be talking like the world is all sunshine when there was a church that got shot up by a white kid just down the road trying to start a race war. What sense does it make for him to put out statements encouraging people to bury their heads in the sand?

Breh, I talk so much shyt and defend that nikka so much against cacs at my job been doing it for years now. Now, I be dam if I'm going to do it(unless they get off topic with that shyt). Cacs still come at my head talking about that fumble and why he didn't dive on it. It's going to be hard to cheer this nikka on.

Everyone is better off saying no comment :mjlol:

Athletes are gonna say dumb shyt. They're not Jim Brown or Ali - those days are over. People need to realize that the platform has been morphed from an open mic to a part of a never ending entertainment cycle. And its not going back. Ever.

As long as dude continues to do the right things, anyone for that matter, then I can't be bothered to give a fukk. Cam Newton should not be any child's social role model. If he is, their parents are failing.

Deep down I love his statements cause it proves how stupid he is and that he's a tap dancing, dabbin, smiling uncle tom and not a pro black, makin em mad cat yall wanted him to be. It's triple the ether, one to himself, one to all yall lame nikkas who flooded the boards with his bullshyt last year, and ether to Auburn university for this dumb nikka being a "graduate" of that shyt school in sociology of all things :ahh:

If somebody is only down for the cause when they're winning then they aren't really down for the cause.
