Not sure if you're trolling or not, but no Scam doesn't "suck", he is a mediocre QB and can be a below average passing pocket QB. He makes up for that with his feet and ability to keep plays alive, but got damn I hate this nikkaz game. Even in college. Just b/c you can out athlete nikkaz don't mean you're good and Cam isn't a good QB IMO. His feet make up for his lack of pocket passing/QB skills
