I am from the northeast, and I just think that's a southern thing. You should listen to him describe reading defenses in his press conferences. He is smart.

Anyone can learn to describe almost anything if they study it enough. Dennis Allen has a Southern dialect and he sounds smart if you listen to what he's saying. I admit Cam sounds a little articulate when he talks football but I'd say he's about average to below average intellect. God made him well so he could average to above average too. Don't think he's very smart.
