Cam needs to right coach to utilize his talents on offense, his better than geno, but I think he's biggest downfall is I don't think his teammates like him too much

It doesn't matter whether his teammates like him. Everyone is playing for his job one way or another so they all play hard. Sanchez has a great rapport with his teammates and still puts in miserable performances.

People like to say this but there is no evidence that his teammates don't like him. If you don't follow the panthers I don't even know how you could make such an assumption.

If a WR doesn't work hard for his QB to get open and make catches, his team in this league will be short. I doubt Lafell, Smith and Ginn are underperforming to harm Cam's chances. That would be absurd.

I mean, if the defense played like this when he was rookie, they probably would've made the playoffs
because all those games they lost were close, except for a few and most of the time Cam gave the defense the lead and they couldn't hold

You have mike shula the offensive coordinator of the panthers who was trash in tampa. You have a trash offensive line. You have what is supposed to be an elite number 1 wr but is actually a 34 year old receiver who is on the tale end of his career and whole bunch of number 3 and 4 receivers. You have a conservative defensive head coach who plays not to lose instead of playing to win. I mean it's not so easy where you can just say put a group of guys together and if they like each other enough and are willing to fight for each other enough that it will overcome legitimate deficiencies on a team like the panthers. This shyt is not that easy or the giants who have won two super bowls in the past 6 years would not be 0 and 5 right now. You're way of thinking about what makes a team work is no offense is just incredibly lazy and not even accurate tbh.

Steve Smith is beyond passed it, but he was also a shell of himself when Cam first came. I think Cam needs a change of scenery and to get to another team, because they are not dedicated to making him a success.
