Cam has shown he can take over a game with his arm and legs. He's just as inconsistent as Eli that this same board was writing off in the middle of his third year. But if you watched Eli, like Cam, you knew not

Cam and Eli aren't even in the same league. First 4 years Eli got 11 win and 10 win seasons. With this defense there is zero, literally zero excuse not to have a winning record and make the playoffs and they are 1-3.

Dude organizations don't need 10 years anymore to wait for someone to "put" it together. He's already a 3rd or his career in technically speaking.
