She cared about the rumors that she shot herself playing with a gun. She was mad because she lied to protect him and he went behind her back to slander her.
Meg wasn't mad at tory for smashing girls. Megan was the side piece, kelsey was the one Tory was seeing. The whole situation started because Tory was arguing with Megan and kelsey and he exposed that Megan was fukking him behind Kelsey's back to get them to argue with each other.
If you go back and look at Megan's first statement about the situation, she specifically mentioned that she was only coming forward because Tory's team was spreading narratives to blogs while she was claiming she stepped in glass.
