If done right this could be interesting. I imagine it will be a late popup. Maybe after the first circle closes. Maybe about 4/5 around the entire map.
And for those thinking of getting in a vehicle and driving around to avoid the bounty...trust me, wont work...cats will be having javelins and philas ready to get that work

Whooooooooole lotta fools dying trying to get that Contract complete. Ain't enough vehicles on the Map to keep your ass safe for the duration of a Bounty that size with that sort of threat.

For that first circle my first priority is to loot, it's been a few times I got out the Gulag or revived and it was no guns no ammo no nothing .Better eat while you can
