BR is littered with Campers, to be honest the rules of the mode encourages it to place high. It's very strategic for the best players while it's a pathetic shytshow for the bytches picking people off and letting the gas do the work.
I try to complete five contracts per BR match. It keeps you moving, and more alert, imo. By that time you've probably engaged 4 or 5 people and you're stocked up on good weapons and kill streaks. Going a whole match with very few engagements I feel is just gonna make you rusty the moment you're forced into a late game situation. I'm not actively hunting or avoiding players, but if I hear or see an opportunity I always take it.

The Recon contracts are the most useful in getting proper placement within the Final Circle and the cash earned gives you the option of buying anyone back who died along the way.

Sound strategy. :ehh:

With the update spawning pretty decent guns in game, I've gotten to the point where I can be pretty confident in my chances to make it far without ever buying a loadout. Thermal SMGs, 100 drum kilos, etc. all over the place now. You get two or three kills by mid-game you're bound to kill someone with their custom HDR or AX-50, which you can take since the marksman/sniper rifles that spawn in game aren't all that special. That's more bread to spend at buy stations:blessed:

On an unrelated note, there's fewer bittersweet feelings in solos than lasting so long without ending up in the gulag, that by the time you die for the first time, the shyt is closed:mjcry:

It's the same way in Quads; I've spent the whole game on a lucky streak, downing these fools, buying back teammates after they get sent off to the Gulag losing & shyt, & then get caught lacking 2 minutes after the Gulag closes.

Now I'm off to see the Wizard, pinging the Redeployment Signal. Like, you nikkas really going to leave me on read after all I've done for you. :mjcry:

This.

It keeps you engaged which helps when the zone gets smaller and it gets hectic. Plus it's a more fun way to play. My home i play with just wants to camp and not engage at all unless it's necessary. shyt is mad boring.

shyt, I think it's easier to take out campers in BR than anyone else. Players that stay active aren't falling into false senses of security. Active players are paying attention to the screen, the circle, and sound at all times. Unless you get lucky and land relatively close to the center of the last circle, you're gonna have to move to avoid the gas. That camping doesn't have you as attuned to everything going on as being active does. I've yet to get caught with an airstrike or cluster bomb, but I'll be damned if I haven't ended camping outings with them:mjlit:

Use some 90s cliche line before the explosive hits.

"Your Camping permit just got cancelled."
