What is your mbps speed? If you asked them for upgrade to speed up like 75/75 download/upload mbps speed and you would download 47 GB in 10 mins.

My other computer has that, but my main is 20mbps. They throttle on a per PC basis. I can't change my MAC address on my main PC either to get around the throttle. They throttle my main PC even with a VPN on. They have it marked or something. My other PC, I just change the MAC address and the throttling goes away and I'm at like 55mbps. fukk Comcast
