But in other news, this isn't really bad. I felt like MW(2019) lasted a good two years and arguably is still serviceable even today. It kept getting content updates even after Cold War launched.

Yearly CODs weren't really necessary even last gen when updates and expansions were much more common. Just add new "seasons" and maps and it's still all fresh.

Oh, Schreier mad mad :mjlol:. He ain't wrong though, that's pretty fukked up to pretend something is your scoop when it isn't. As for the skip - GOOD. Enough with the annual releases. Maybe the MS effect has already begun :ehh:.
I mess with Schreier. he wrote Blood, Sweat, and Pixels which is an excellent read (haven't read his second book yet). He has rarely been wrong and isn't afraid to bust twitter guns

on topic tho, Vanguard was very poorly received and its integration into Warzone is buggy to this day. Cold War itself wasn't great but at least the guns felt good.

They must've realized that if they screw up again, it could tank the series.
