No, the birth rate is currently low and dropping. And they don't have enough people to support the future elderly population. ~550 million Chinese people will be entering retirement age in the next 40 years and the pool of people to support them is shrinking every year. It's a problem acknowledged by many experts. You have already shown yourself to not know what you're talking about... China's population is ~1.4B, and it took them ~60 years to go from 500M to that 1.4B. So you don't even know China's population or rate of growth. I'm not surprised you don't know it's birth rate or understand the implications of its birth rate having been, and forecasted to remain under 2.1 for decades. And this doesn't even factor in all of China's environmental issues. Anyone who thinks China is positioned to be some superpower doesn't know what's going on.

um you do realize that china doesn't have a retirement pension system for their elderly like the U.S. right? when you get old, your family supports you, not the govt, not the workforce.

U seem to be on a kick or have some emotional investment of the idea that China has it all figured out, when really, it's in pretty bad shape looking out over the long term. Their growth is already cooling off and their population is poised to start contracting within the next decade. And again, they have all their human rights, intellectual property and environmental issues. China's future is not bright and their low birth rates are a huge driver of that.

I dont know what their intellectual property, human rights and environmental issues have to do with their child policy. so because I think the chinese child policy would be a perfect system for the U.S, I some how think China has the greatest overall system in the world.

The state performed these operations illegally. It is not clear who was sterilized, whether they gave consent or to what extent this has been going on in California prisons. Since the prison authority has no problem blatantly breaking laws, it could the authority is misleading or lying about the ethnicity of those sterilized.

And even if the prisons aren't lying, 50% of sterilized persons being non-white means minorities are overrepresented, which is exactly what you try to preempt in your post. It seems California is intentionally or unintentionally sterilizing minorities.

There are only 12% AAs in the USA and maybe 25% Hispanics, there is no way they should amount to 50% of all those women sterilized. That shyt is genocide. If half the women in California sterilized were white, that's below the 70% white population rate in the country and means whites were unrepresented. If the other half of those sterilized were mostly black, that would mean blacks were overrepresented in sterilization by a 2 to 5 time margin nationally. If I break it down to the percentage of blacks which make up California, the marin might be worse.

Sterilization as undertaken by cacs ALWAYS target minorities like black people. It is a means of ethnic cleansing and genocide. As such it is illegal and should remain so. All those involved should be arrested and charged. Your support for the indefensible in this case is because you are a c00n and a moron. There is no moral justification for violating people's individual rights and sterilizing them. That's without even going into societal and racial implications, in which poor, minority races are always overrepresented and targeted.

That's being bias and ignorant. In one line you say don't use any chinese model while in the second line saying you'd rather limit the amount of kids unemployed and welfare users have..which is um...the chinese model in a nutshell. but I guess it's not your fault, you're trained to think anything chinese is bad.

The chinese model is an indirect way of keeping the improvished and poor from breeding like rabbits, while promoting those equipped to take care of their children by paying a tax which will then go to the childs pension/retirement.

The chinese model isn't nazism at all. The nazis selectively sterilized those that didn't fall under a racial model, aryan. I don't know what that has to do with the chinese model.

First, at face it is morally indefensible to violate someone's individual rights and prevent them from having children. The courts have thus outlawed it.

Second, minorities are at risk of ethnic cleansing and genocide under sterilization campaigns. What the Chinese do under their totalitarian Nazi government is irrelevant as it relates to nikkas. Cacs cannot authorize sterilization as the brunt--most, if not all--of the campaign will and has often fallen on minorities. Minorities were overrepresented in California sterilization campaigns. It does not help blacks that any are sterilized. Blacks only make up 12% of the population. Every baby counts.

There is no sterilization case I'm aware of where the victims were cacs or cac females. It is always Hispanics or blacks. If cacs want population control they would do well to focus on sterilizing their own, not blacks and Hispanics. This shyt is horrific. Why don't they go to Alabama and sterilize them peoples?

@Tommy Knocks is dumb as shyt. There is no demographic issue in China. The reason China is so powerful is because of the sheer number of people it can leverage to create economic links and power. The only reason there are so many willing low wage labor slaves in China is because they are overpopulated. The scale of China's economy is a functions of its population, and the size of its economy is the only thing which threatens more advanced economies.

Who said the U.S would have that same issue if it implemented the policy? So you think our current system is good? 17 year old having 3 kids to collect a pay check? Single Mothers that make under 20k annually but have 5 kids?
