Do you think they're going to do it? It's obvious public opinion doesn't matter to Trump/GOP/SCOTUS and with their six-to-three super-majority on the SC, they could narrow its application that way, w/o needing congress. Do you think it should happen? I don't. However, I want to see what happens if it happens.

If it happens it will affect the real African Americans which it was intended to protect. If you’re an Afro American and you give birth outside the country, guess what, your child is not a citizen.

If I were starting my own country, at least one parent would have to be a citizen to produce a citizen. So, I disagree. I think citizenship bestowed by location is a disaster and leaves room for birth tourism for example.

They should be fined and deported. Confiscate all their wealth and give it african americans since the country is too lazy to give us reparations
