How does SC look like a better option then OU?

SC is rebuilding. OU is built to win now. From a football perspective, it doesn’t make sense. If the intent is to go to the nfl in a couple of years, doing it at a rebuilding program doesn’t make sense. Top rated players tend to go to programs with the pieces in place.

Now from a NIL perspective, there may be better options

Dawgs fans want a championship…that’s where we are now and the one thing we haven’t had is elite QB play under Kirby. Also we did have Caleb on campus as a recruit in 2019 and 2020 so it’s not like he’s not familiar with the staff or campus

BTW, with NIL money there’s no shortage of Delta, Coca Cola, Home Depot, Turner bags that could be dropped off to the Williams residence if he decides to come to Athens
