On another note, Hidalgo has had 3 or more steals in 20 of her 21 games! That is crazy. Never seen anything like that. A statline of 24 pts/6.5 reb/5.7 ast/5 steals a game needs more love.

Yea Clark and Reese got the tourney runs of last year behind them, Juju and Hidalgo are gonna have to make a tourney run for it to really come around. Reese was getting attention for her antics during the regular season but it took LSU's title run to really put her over the top. Hidalgo got more attention last week after she was the best player on the floor vs UConn in a Fox national primetime game

Because when a true junior comes in and almost singlehandedly ousts the top dawgs in the sport to get to a Natty, there's really no going back in terms of media publicity.

She's a marked woman, and it's been that way since her Sophomore year.
