Who cares? How old was Lilard when he came into the league? Steph? Him being 20 is a bad thing because?
I’m looking at his ceiling. You’re comparing him to Hall of Fame talent guys who still had a lot of room to get bigger (strength wise). Steph also had an elite skill (shooting), same with Lillard (range and athleticism for a guard).

Cade looks close to a finished product to me which is why age matters. Can he come in at age 20 and do what Lamelo Ball is doing right now at 19? He’s not getting any more athletic or gaining any more speed. He is who he is.

It reminds me of Ben Simmons. What has he really gotten better at since he came into the league? He’s added muscle and that’s about it. Still a good player but he’s about maxed out.

Breh you sound retarted.

You keep bringing up Lamelo like he Lebron :mjlol: please stop.

You have no bases to judge how cades gonna be in the pros. How you talking about his ceiling and he still playing college ball and dominating. You brought up his age, I answered your dumb ass post.

Not trying to hate on Minneapolis Breh's, but everybody knows damn well dude would be the man in Detroit with Bey, Stewart and Grant next year.
Not that I think Detroit wouldn’t take Cunningham and they took plenty of young talent last year, but if you know your team is bad enough to be in position to take Cunningham or Suggs, taking Hayes shows a lack of foresight on Weaver’s part (I think they’d take Cunningham and just play him off the ball)

Unless Hayes improves his play dramatically post injury, I'd rather just take Cade and move Hayes in the future.

He would fit in well with detroit. I hate it but we’d have to trade Frenchie probably. Too bad he got hurt.

Just play cade at SG

Hayes
Cade
Bey
Grant

Not bad lineup. Not writing off Hayes yet. Weaver hit on Bey and Stewart and Saban Lee looks solid for 2nd rd pick. Wait and see on Hayes. Think Weaver has good eye for talent
