He’s had good games thru this streak. Once again, if you looking at this situation and think this is on Cade you just are like that fakkit @DoubleClutch who simply hates Cade. Difference is he hates Cade because his love interest Jalen Green hasn’t magically become Kobe Bryant like he predicted 4 years ago

This gm big splash this off season was taking a salary dump in Joe Harris and trading for Monte Morris who has had a mysterious injury all season. This ain’t on Cade this is just bad roster construction.
Jalen had a few good games too but I'm still calling him trash. Both this dude's haven't stepped up this year but I can't admit I was wrong.
Of course Cade ain't the only problem but he is a problem

Cade isn’t the problem and Jalen imo was let down by bad coaching his first few years and their gm committing to KPJ as his backcourt mate. To think, if KPJ hadn’t swung on his girl Stone would have kept him and Udoka would have had to bench both.

Green to me is a 2nd/3rd team kinda player. Put him in another situation and he can grow. But next Kobe? @DoubleClutch is a moron.

Cade looks solid. Cade started off slow ten games into the year after a year off from surgery. He’s been solid to great most nights since that start. A four point performance stands out but even that doesn’t tank how he’s been. Besides Cade and Duren, everybody else should be available for a trade and whoever the gm ends up being has to use that cap space to bring in actual nba players

While the Pistons are having a difficult season, I am beginning to suspect that the coaching staff may have received permission from management to secretly tank.

I can't believe the team hasn't won a single game during this losing streak. It seems like the franchise is intentionally losing to improve their draft pick. Spurs, Wizards, and other struggling teams won a game or two before returning to their losing ways.

The two teams that lost as many games in a row as the current team are the 2010-11 Cavaliers and the 2013-14 76ers. These teams intentionally lost games to secure the number one or within the top five picks in those draft classes. However, the process is different now, and no team is guaranteed the number one pick just by being the worst team. But there is still a good chance of landing in the top five.
They didn't pay Monty what they did to look like this. This team thought they would be competing for the Play-in and that Williams would get them on the right path.

Taking that into consideration... This losing streak is crazy because they really thought they were going to be decent this season.

Cade is getting a lot of unfair criticism

This is effectively his 2nd year since he missed the majority of last year. What NBA player was in their final form in year 2-3?

He's not LeBron but he's doing a lot better individually than plenty of recent #1 picks. He's in a uniquely bad situation on a poorly constructed team with a coach that didn't want to be there and only took the job for the insane money offered. I pray things get better for him.

A 28 game losing streak looks bad on everyone in that organization Cade included because we've seen young dudes carry teams before to at least one victory instead of losing 28 straight.

people letting this hot streak from cade distract from the fact he's been awful for plenty of the losses

Sure it looks bad. This is a pretty unique situation regardless. Don't feel like he's responsible for this at all. More like this is the perfect storm than anything. A confluence of circumstances that lead to a historic collapse. It's more like everything that could go wrong has gone wrong than their best player is a failure.

No one is saying that he's a failure at all. What we're saying is that everyone in that organization deserves accountability for this 28 game losing streak Cade included.

I'm sure we can put up footage from this 28 game losing streak where Cade contributed to some of the losses as well just as he did his part to help contribute to victories.

Look at his numbers since Bogdonavic got back. A little space now and he hooping
he been hooping ever since the pressure of being the WOAT team started to set in :dead:

stuff that Cade controls entirely by himself has been way more deliberate. the amount of times he's dribbled himself into a trap too close to the rim, the defense, the willingness to accept that mid range shot instead of settling for 3s to look like something he's not, etc. yal know those holes in his game better than most.... a lot of this stuff isn't on bojan or duren coming back, its him getting over himself now that the spotlight is a laser beam.
