For Fukkery purposes and it will force them to do soul searching to get better. Ain't nothing like embarrassment/ shame to get folks right.
I know it's inevitable for the face of a team to get the heat during this type of losing, but anyone who thinks Cade is the issue just isn't being realistic. Dude is gonna pop like Shai/Hali/Fox/Melo, etc - once he's in a modern offense, hopefully for the Piston brehs that happens in Detroit and not elsewhere.

their best bet is utah - who'll be coming off a b2b while detroit will have rest on their side
