They've been on it heavy since the 60s, tapered off a little in the 80s and ramped right back up in the 2000s up to now. The rest of the place simply hasn't paid attention.

Nah bruh, you can literal practice shooting anywhere. ( E.g Gun range, a empty field, out on the water etc). No excuses
