I believe my example of a black and white man teaming up to fukk over a black man explained what i meant. In that case both are equally wrong and no one has authority over another.

Not everybody in this video are apart of crips or bloods. They are people minding their own business and then get harassed by a random white dude. There is no justifying the pranksters actions.
