You know, if you spent less time worrying about what these fukkers think about you, your life will be 100 times much better.

But then we wouldn't know what they think and then we couldn't fight or do anything about it. We'd just enter our job interviews completely unaware why we never get a job and why women treat us differently. And ultimately, if we went through completely uanware and ignorant to the reasons behind our problems with racism, we would never be able to confront and devise solutions for it. We'd just be walking in circles rather than walking the right path. Only by knowing the truth can we see through the mist and find the path we need to find. This is why they say truth is illuminating.
