Think of the human body like a table

The cop is basically a table with 3 legs from the position he's in
- one knee on the ground
-one leg staggered out
- hand stabilizing weight on young mans chest/throat

To knock this table down one of its legs need to be removed

For me the path of least resistance is found in the arm or knee that he is using as a base

First thing the young man failed to do was play the center line.

He is not squared up.

His legs are off to the side in a very sloppy and broken position.

So first his face and body need to be lined up down the middle with the cops.

From here he can begin breaking this table down in a variety of beginner to advanced ways

If it was me, after establishing center line

Beginner....

1. grab cops choking wrist and arm using right hand to control wrist with an overhand grip and left hand to control the bicep and use pressure to fold the extension of the arm so it creases, bringing my elbows tight to my body.
2. Turn my body posture slightly to my right so my body is resting slightly on my hip. Being flat on your back as you are about to execute a sweep makes execution more difficult.
3. Bring knee his stomach and rest shin in his chest/torso area while being slightly on side.
4. Place bottom of right foot at the bottom of his knee, touching the ground with toes pointed to the right.
5. With foot connected to his knee push my leg out which pushes his leg back completely breaking his posture
6. While kicking his leg out simultaneously bring my posture back trying to take his arm off to right at almost a 45 degree angle, like ur cocking back to swing a bat
7. While doing the last to entries his body should fall on your resting shin anf u will simultaneously use the knee you had in his torso to kick / roll him to the right.

So basically ur kicking the knee out with one foot, bringing his arm to the side ur going to sweep and using your knee to assist in rolling him over. All of this being easiest if you stay on your side.

You can the pummel him to oblivion
