Studies show that human error is the leading cause of the vast majority of accidents.

As to speed regulators, 10 miles above the speed limit is insane. No faster than 110 seems better. You can still drive on the highways and it'll protect normal people from the psychos who think they are in fast and furious or wanna drive an insane supercar that they don't know how to control
