Both of them have always been at fault for the fight not happening but the reason Manny gets the benefit of the doubt is cuz Floyd has carefully selected his opponents for years and has not always fought the absolute best. But unless Manny ko's Rios and then beats Marquez I wouldn't even be hyped if this fight was made tomorrow. For me that shipped past even before Manny "lost" to Bradley. I had lost faith in this fight happening in 2011.
