thats kinda messed up how she lost her job because one of her pics blew up on the internet

She just did one picture for some laughs, and im pretty sure she didnt mean to find it offensive or to start controversy.
We've all done some things that we thoguht were funny, but couldve been messed up in other peoples eyes

I mean from personal experience I've done things I thought was funny but ended up backfiring, that Boston costume idea is actually pretty funny because my type of humor is like family guy/Tosh.0, I am too black but I put myself in her position and think the costume wasn't that serious to lose her job
Bad things have happened in history but we still make holocaust jokes, there's tons of black jokes online, there's other offensive picture on google, but I'm pretty sure no one has gotten fired from their jobs like this girl did

Here's the thing, the jokes you mentioned are posted in places where people can't be punished. Otherwise I'd get them punished for that as well. You can't stop a YouTube comment or a forum comment unless an actual identity is attached to it. Not only are they wrong for thinking its funny but they're even more stupid for posting it on social networking.
