A healthy VC can do wonders, look at what he did in Dallas. Dude aint been 100% this whole season.

he's also 38, so of course we miss good years. he's been trash save for a few moments.
joerger also hasn't utilized him properly. carlisle had him constantly in pick n rolls. here, he's mostly a spot-up shooter.
He cant be limited like Mike Miller.
