It's money out of my pocket so it's annoying. I remember when I first met with the realtor and she included the taxes I would have to pay. I was puzzled becuz at that point I had never bought a house before. I thought once I bought the house that the only thing I would have to worry about are the utilities. I knew nothing about buying a house. But I am glad that I learned and that very glad that I am not stuck with a mortgage like most of my friends.
Do you have home owners insurance? Do you pay for your water?

I never heard of that foolishnes. Most won't have that. I didn't make 70K+till 35 but did have a mortgage at 30.

It's all about demographics and what kind of career you are in.

If you working retail, fast food, or a Janitor at 30 living with your mom then:patrice:

Making +70 at 28, but im not getting no fukking mortgage :mjlol:

Why would i restrict my travel and finances for the rest of my life at 30? Do you fukks realize the average lifespan of humans is going up? Not that 30s the new 20 but if you really compare it to 50 years back in time its true. Not to mention college wasnt a requirement for a good job back then.

By 30, if you havent touched down in atleast 3 foreign countries... thats a better gauge of success

All you can do is try hard.

Its not good to expect a certain something by a certain time because nothing in life is guaranteed.
