in the bay area it's starting salary for most college grads and it'll get you a nice 178sq broom closet to live in in the city

my pops showed me an article. only like 6% of the US population makes 100k. and only 20% of families make this in combined income.

outside of the coli, 100K annual salary is not the norm. it's not even close to the norm.

to be honest, it doesn't matter how much your salary is. how much you spend is more important.

traditional mortgages are 30 years... so at 30 you buy your first house, by 60 it is paid off. If you don't have any retirment, at least social security will sustain you IF your house is paid off and you have no bills.
