So sad

Where was this thread in the Blazers series? Can't be taken seriously if you only bring up his name to criticize but never to praise

But.... They were playing the Blazers

Nobody felt like the Blazers were a top tier team...

This the first tough matchup the Warriors really had in the playoffs in 2 years and look how he performs....

He benefited from the matchup problems they created by having him at the 4 and 5... Now you got a team that matches up well against them he becomes an average role player :ld:

Most of the Blazers/Rockets series without Curry and him having to emerge into a primary role offensively. What he did was really impressive regardless of opponent and he definitely surprised people with his performances on both ends.

Green has been pretty terrible in this series, but nothing from his season suggests that this is the norm for him against top competition and this should not erase his play in previous series + the entire regular season as if it never happened.

Who said he could guardkareem?
I believed it started around a discussion based on how this Warriors team would fare against the '87 Lakers and who would guard a Kareem (who was the ripe age of 39 don't forget) @Consumed and I both believe that Draymond (WITH the help of the team, in similar vein to how Rodman guarded Shaq) could guard Kareem - not shut him down - but guard him. Obviously depending on the lineups, Bogut and Ezeli would be guarding him too.

its amazing how OKC has the defending champs, coming off 73 wins, lookin tight and uneasy out there. you can tell from their postgame interviews they dont have any answers. i expect plenty of hero shots from steph and klay next game.....maybe they will go in, maybe they wont.
