Designated Players make more than and it doesn't count against the cap. I'm not too sure but they can make any amount.

Allowing reckless spending would kill some teams and it would lead to some of the insane and out of control spending seen in Europe.

The olympics is U23 but you can have 3 players aged more than 23. Suarez and Cavani played for Uruguay in London

anyway it's back to the real world for me and this world cup is the last sporting event i'll be watching. i get too pissed watching any sport really and officiating is really what pisses me off.

i know my mans was caught slippin but that's really nothing to laugh about.

neuer's glove award is thanks to the system he plays in. technically he's not that nice. that lame oscar got one lame one passed him when his defense slipped.

there should've been at least 2 german reds.

i don't think officiating of the sport will ever change so...
