Costa Rica are very intelligent with their play. It has nothing to do with teams under performing. Holland recorded more offsides today than they did in all their games thus far. Costa Rica's game planning has been brilliant, they negate space very well and they get very favorable numbers in attacking situations at times. They beat everyone put in front of them outside of Holland, what they were supposed to do?
