I remember this beef vaguely. I know they squashed it years ago though, they've been cool for a minute. Cormega VERY briefly mentioned squashing it and saying he loves Bumpy and was planning on working together with him on his first Drink Champs appearance.

This was around the same time Bumpy dissed Rakim for the umpteenth time, circa 2007ish if I recall correctly. It was before he even did the Kolexxxion album with Preemo, and that was like 15 yrs ago.

If I’m not mistaken it never officially dropped for commercial release until a few years ago, before that it was just promo cassettes. I remember trying to find it on Apple but it was only out on Yourube at the time

Who you think was in Nas ear to go at Hot 97? Who did NAS lean on post Ether and had as a sounding board through that whole period?

Bumpy loved taking shots, he was just hyped to step in for his little man.

It was over an ALC beat, Mega had thrown ALC under the bus in an interview around this time too. May well have been on ALC behalf too. Bump and ALC go back to Industry Shakedown.
