One of the main reasons for shipping Jimmy out was to give Hoiberg a young team to grow with without Jimmy bucking in the Locker Room.

Then they fired Hoiberg shortly after, so really this whole situation really highlights how bad this team is ran, and the incompetence of the Front Office.
