Everything depends on what the Wizards think they are. I know Leonsis just wants to make the playoffs, but I think a Beal for Wiggins, Wiseman and the Warriors' Minnesota pick is our best move going forward.

I am not comfortable giving Beal a 50 million a year contract.

His off ball defense is not good

Ask any Spurs fan or Raps fan on this forum. Giving up TB to get him is stupid.

Now if Spurs want to only take Bertans and Hutchinson... I may bite. But I’d rather get Kyle Anderson and Torrey Craig. Shid I’d rather re-sign Otto Porter!

Y’all nikkas different, got damn Otto Porter hasnt played over 28 games the past 5 years. Straight trash, can’t make 3s if your not on the court. Your overrated defense does nothing from the bench.

DeRozan gives us a solid big 3, he can’t make 3s but he can get to the basket at will and a foul magnet as a excellent free throw shooter.

DeMar was very good this year playing as a 4 and a good playmaker.


Otto makes more sense on the paper but that dude stopped caring about basketball long time ago

DeRozan has played well in SA

But his negatives are costly especially at whatever salary his commands.

Wizards are better off using Bertans to get a playable SF/PF

Wiggins asset is that he is up in 2023 and we won’t resign him to the same contract, while Beal would demand 50 million a year.

Wiseman is gonna be good, imo.
