lol no such thing. Calories in vs Calories out. Google "IIFYM calculator" down load myfitness pal and eat what the calculator you googled recommends. After 2 weeks weight yourself and adjust calories up or down based on how much you gained. I would aim for .5-1lb a week so you don't get OD fat.
