im tryin to bulk to 150 :mjcry:

whats some good bulk foods bruhs?

lol no such thing. Calories in vs Calories out. Google "IIFYM calculator" down load myfitness pal and eat what the calculator you googled recommends. After 2 weeks weight yourself and adjust calories up or down based on how much you gained. I would aim for .5-1lb a week so you don't get OD fat.

too frugal to buy enough food to bulk :mjcry:

current weight ...low 180s

but if i can find myself getting back to the low 190s i'll be happy

If you find it hard to eat a lot of food invest in Whole Milk (if you can drink it), Olive oil (put in shakes), and Peanut Butter
good tips....i havent been taking spoonfuls of oil for a while now.

my go to is pumpkin seeds and flax (especially in my oatmeal/yogurt)..them jawns have my shyts coming out smooth as hell and are full of nutrients :blessed:

get legs and glutes on par with my back. The scale will prob jump up as a result considering how large the muscles of the lower body are.

170 tryna get to 185, but ball is life so i'm stuck at 170 since i can't stop playing ball/eliminating cardio :to:
