Man so right now I'm about 150 pounds, and I'm 6'1 or 6'2.... So yeah I'm pretty skinny, but not sickly looking I still pull pretty hoes easily cause a nikka cute. :takedat:

But anyway I'm trying hit 170 and been bulking for about 4 days. :blessed:

3,100 calories a day minimum and shyt is so hard. I go to sleep feeling like my stomach is about to explode, and like I could vomit at anytime. In fact, sometimes if I burp I feel vomit coming up.. :wow:

I eat 3 cans of chili, and a protein milk shake with ice cream...... it doesn't sound like a lot but it is!:mjcry:

So far I've gained maybe 3 pounds... I can see a difference already.

Anybody else bulking? Let's Discuss. :blessed:

Over 6 feet and 150 is sickly looking :mjlol: im 5'8, 165 at the moment and slim, just got muscles (legs looking too skinny tho). The lowest I would ever cut to is 160.

Troll thread by the way, explaining my response. :stopitslime:

Fam, look at what you are mixing...........

Makes my stomach hurt just reading it.

I'm mixing proteins, fiber, and calories with a milk product..... really it doesn't upset my stomach mixing the two, and it's not like I'm drinking a milkshake while I eat chilli. I eat the chilli during the day, then drink the milkshake at night. It's just that I'm always full now. Sickly full. The thought of food makes me wanna vomit. But I gotta gain this weight. :mjcry:

I'm not sick looking bro . I just look young, and lean... I could be off with my height a bit, and I also could be off with my weight as I'm using a cheap Walmart scale that could be off by a few pounds. Either way check the BMI index.... 150-155 at my height is IDEAL weight, and optimum health. :aicmon:

That's because what you're eating throughout the day is very dense. You would feel the same eating donuts and burgers all day.

You need to have some variety and colour in your diet, chili and milk

:scust:

I don't know what your budget is, but different meals throughout the day even though you eat them every day is better than what you're doing now.

Fruits and vegetables at least.

I chose this diet at first because it was the cheapest way I could get the 3,100 calories i need (this was previous attempts through this year).

But actually this diet turns out to be the most convenient and easiest way for me to down that many calories. I buy a brand of chilli that has no beans, so I don't have to do much chewing.

Do you know how it feels to chew food when you are bloated and full? :dame:

With the chilli I can almost drink it down, with only a few chews for the bits of meat in it.

I take multivitamins, fish oil, & biotin daily as well... I also drink at least a gallon of water.

Eat calorie dense foods. Eat lots of nuts, dried fruits and fried foods.... your weight will skyrocket in no time, and you won't feel full.

The chili is prob no good, and the protein shake is too high in liquid to calorie content. You have to be strategic about this... cram the most calories in as small of food as possible.

Let me see this chili you working with.

5200001290.jpg

1 can = 38g protein, 780 calories, 42g carbs

3x cans a day = 114g protein, 2,340 calories, 126g carbs

cost = $1.38

What was your diet?:ohhh:
& how long did it take you to gain that 20 pounds?

How is the chilli no good? If you eating calories you gonna gain.... and I'm not eating empty calories either. :hhh: And do you realize how much nuts & dried fruit you'd have to eat in order to get 780g calories? A shyt ton. :picard: and do you know how much nuts & dried fruit cost?

Yo that is actually wrong. :gladbron: I got on the scales this morning and I'm 167lbs :damn:

This has probably been over the past 4 months. I started just doing bodyweiggt exercises for like 2 months. Then I started lifting the past 2 months just doing squats, deadlifts, shoulder press and barbell rows at home with my barbell and limited amount of weight. Started with the bar and just increased the weights every session working out 3 times a week.

In terms of diet it goes a lot like this but I live with my mum and she's a great cook and I get good meat at night.

Breakfast - weetabix. Toast with peanut butter, 2 or 3 eggs.

Lunch - pasta with tomato sauce and tuna with grated cheese mixed in. I cook this in a batch so I have a lot and snack with it through out the day to keep up calories. Good carbs and proten with the tuna.

Dinner - my mum cooks dinner but we always use good meat and get some carbs and veg. Lots of beef and chicken.

Might not seem a lot but I'm also eating out throughout the day and snacking. Just buying bits of cooked chicken here and there.

The reason I was able to gain so much is because I'm currently signed off from working for my depression and anxiety and am recieving counselling. So I have all day to just focus on myself.

But yeah I'm a true skinny build. Ive got very long limbs for my height and am lean naturally. Typical hard gainer.

Im loving how I look now. I fill my t shirts out and have a great shape. I look better now than when I was boxing ironically.

So you don't actually keep an accurate count of how many calories you consume daily? :jbhmm:
Roughly how many calories are you eating in a day?

Nah I don't keep a count at all tbh. I'm also on creatine and protein.

I could probably be eating a lot more if I counted but whatever I'm doing seems to be woring for now. When I stall out I will probably start counting.
