I'm 5'8, 175 don't workout/ exercise / do any sort of physical activity
Lately as I've gotten older I see how my lack of activity is catching up to me, I can barely make it up 2 flights of stairs without being out of breath and unable to function properly for 30 minutes
What's somewhere or some basic program I can start to improve this? Jogging, running?
FYI, I don't want to hit the weights right away
(I have a ymca membership)
Trust me, the elliptical machine will do your cardio and endurance wonders. I fukked up my knee running on a concrete trail trying to get into shape. Switch up to the elliptical and no issues since. I usually hit it for 15 minutes (Rolling Mountains option) then go hoop and work out.
