So basically what he's saying is that the environment became toxic

Word.I dunno what Griffin expected. Anyone who’s been paying attention to Bron’s career can see how that position would be stressful. Of course one of the greatest basketball players of all time is going to be fukking high maintenance. Do people really believe that Mike wasn’t? Other greats weren’t?
Just kinda lame to be talking all this especially when he’s got his own team to worry about still.

Because unlike Bosh and Love, AD ability to play off the ball and get his wherever is why he won't be "spotting up". AD can get buckets wherever, including off the dribble.

Difference being MJ wasnt sitting on a one year deal every year with the threat of leaving if you didnt bow to his every demand. And he wasnt getting people signed to absurd contracts like a JR Smith. How can you build a team and attract people there if everyone is on edge about the centerpiece leaving you high and dry?
